This was a weekend trip which started and finished at Maxon Trailhead near Courtright Reservoir in Sierra National Forest. We left the trailhead Friday, June 27, 2025, around 6 p.m. we arrived to our first camp at Hobbler Lake just before dark (4.5 miles). Saturday morning we headed to the North Fork of the Kings River (7 miles) where we enjoyed most of the afternoon lounging around Sue Falls and enjoying the water. ____________________________ Mid July 2024 trip to Upper Geraldine Lake. 20.4 miles round trip. Lots of downfall on the trail makes it tough and the climb from Lower Geraldine is pretty steep but once you hit the top you are rewarded with a beautiful subalpine lake. Thank a for watching!
